I received this email to rate the service. I gave one star since I still haven’t received my order.

When I originally ordered the spring ring set one of the rings was missing. When a “replacement was sent” I received an unsealed, empty bag.

I love the product and have never had a problem quality wise, but the problem is shipping. Every time I try to track the package it says no details available and I never know where my package is until it shows up.

I placed my order on May 28, 2021 and it just shipped today June 4, 2021. So as far as shipping goes not good. Hopefully I’ll receive merchandise soon and will be able to update to higher rating.

I was disappointed with the ocean wave bracelet. It is more lightweight than I expected and feels cheaply made. It is not well made and is not smoothly finished and has sharp edges, making it uncomfortable to wear. When I bend it to fit snugly on my wrist, it feels like it may snap in half. Not the quality I had hoped for.

My package came and the mystery bracelet was great, I think you guys should sell more ear cuffs
